Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your jewelry must be in the same condition in which it was received. All original packaging and included GRA certificates must be returned with the item.
Damaged or Incorrect Order?
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery so we can review the issue and make it right.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
Items showing signs of wear, damage caused after delivery, missing original packaging, or missing included certificates may not qualify for a return.
